Benefits of Vertical Movement

Vertical Movement is a more accessible and sustainable modality than many traditional forms of exercise. There are a variety of benefits listed, not listed, and likely more to be discovered. Get in touch with us if you are curious about how Vertical Movement applies to your specific use case!

Global Muscle Activation

Every muscle in the body is activated during Vertical Movement and our standard, 12-movement protocol trains 200+ muscles, giving you a more complete workout.

Improved Balance

Vertical Movement enhances neural movement pathways, strengthens muscles globally, and stabilizes joints which combine to result in better balance.

Less Joint Compression

Vertical Movement minimizes compression on joints, reducing pain and the risk of injury while improving blood flow and neurotransmission.

Improved Posture

Global muscle activation from Vertical Movement strengthens core muscles helping to align the spine and improve postural form.

Joint Stability

The combined effects of reduced compression and global muscle activation result in stronger muscles supporting more flexible joints.

Accessible to All

Vertical Movement is more accessible and more sustainable for the body than traditional forms of exercise, meaning you can live healthier for longer.

Every muscle in the body is activated during Vertical Movement and our standard, 12-movement protocol trains 200+ muscles, giving you a more complete workout.

Less Joint Compression

Vertical Movement minimizes compression on joints across the body, reducing pain and the risk of injury while improving blood flow and neurotransmission.

How It Works

Vertical Movement relies on Global-Neuromuscular Activation Technology™ (G-NAT™) to physically trigger the sympathetic nervous system without triggering a Fight-Or-Flight emotional response. The sympathetic response activates all muscles globally.

Angular forces experienced by the body result in less compression on the joints during exercise. At the same time, the standard protocol of 12 Vertical Movements creates tension in 200+ muscles across the body, strengthening them as you move.

The intensity of exercise is easily adjusted by creating more or less tension in the body. Move up or down a step to significantly increase or decrease the intensity level. Move up or down a bar to fine tune.

All of these factors combined mean that Vertical Movement strengthens muscle while putting less load on joints at whatever intensity level is appropriate for the individual performing the exercise. Everyone benefits from Vertical Movement.
